  1. A first call

    Twenty minutes, free. What's slowing you down, what you've tried, and whether something you can buy would do.

  2. A written spec and a fixed price

    What it does, the screens, who uses it, what it connects to, the timeline and one fixed price.

  3. Built in stages

    A working version every week or two. You try it, and we change it while it's still cheap to change.

  4. Launch and handover

    We put it live, show your team how to use it, and hand over the code, logins and notes. The second half is paid at launch.

Hosting and support after launch can be added as a fixed monthly fee, quoted with the build.

What people ask first

Do we own the code?

Yes. Once it's paid in full, the code, designs and data are yours, held in your own accounts.

How long does a build take?

A focused tool takes a few weeks, a larger platform a few months. The written spec gives you the timeline before you sign.

Why not buy off-the-shelf software?

Often you should, and if something you can buy does the job, we'll say so on the first call. Custom makes sense when the way you work is what sets you apart, or when you're paying for several tools that don't talk to each other.

Can it use AI?

Yes, where it saves real time: drafting quotes and documents, reading incoming enquiries, searching your files. A person checks anything that goes out.

What happens after launch?

Anything that doesn't work as the spec says is fixed free. New features are quoted when you want them, and hosting and support can be added as a fixed monthly fee, quoted with the build.

Mainstream, well-supported tools, so any good developer could pick it up after us. We name them in the spec.
