Who is responsible
Constraint First is a trading name of Kirishoban Sanjeevvijay, sole trader, of 2 High Street, Feltwell, Thetford, Norfolk IP26 4AF. Kirishoban Sanjeevvijay, trading as Constraint First, is the data controller for the details you send through this site. Contact: hello@constraintfirst.com.
What we collect, and why
- Forms (a call request and the emailed Constraint Check result): your name, work email, firm, and anything else you type in. We use them to reply and to deliver what you asked for, and nothing else. The lawful basis is legitimate interests, or steps you asked for before a contract.
- The Constraint Check: your answers are scored in your browser and are not sent anywhere unless you ask for the PDF by email. If you do, your answers and scores are sent with your details so the PDF matches your result.
- Analytics: when it is switched on, Google Analytics 4 runs in consent mode with every storage type denied, so it sends cookieless measurements only, with no cookies and no identifiers set on your device.
Who processes it for us
- Web3Forms, which delivers each form submission to our inbox by email.
- Namecheap, which forwards email sent to hello@constraintfirst.com to our inbox.
- Google Workspace, which hosts our email, so your enquiry and our replies are stored there.
- Google Analytics, for the cookieless measurement above, when it is switched on.
- Vercel, which hosts this site and keeps standard server logs.
Some of these providers process data outside the UK, under the safeguards UK data protection law requires.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't become work are deleted within 24 months of the last contact. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires for tax and accounts.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@constraintfirst.com. If you're unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Marketing
Using a form doesn't add you to a mailing list. We won't send you marketing emails unless you ask us to, and if you do, every email says how to stop them.
